I can’t seem to get this stupid second book to work!

My first book had a few ups and downs but overall it worked. Now for some reason with this second book I can’t get the feeling to work. The feeling I get when I write a scene where I can truly feel it, can truly feel the words and see the scene. Im just not getting that with this one.
