Marx critique of capitalism is decent but thats as far as it goes imo. Marx is there to give us plebs the veneer of choice but essentially what he ends up pimping for is an even more controlling version of state capitalism wrapped up in the decorative framework of class

@gol979 Sorry but you are way off base there. Marx at no point ever advocated for any form of government.

And those who make the "state capitalism" argument usually back it up with a No True Scotsman fallacy.

Also class is a very real thing, not some "decorative framework".

The alternative seems to be "ignore problems we saw coming in the 1840s and pretend they aren't there till the world implodes.
