@YoungPoet345 I used to hide out under the sink cabinet on the farm. The back of the cabinets were open and that one backed up to a window so there was plenty of light and it was white metal enamel very bright and no spiders because of the light. I would crawl in there and sit down for up to an hour at a time to get away from my sisters.

My cat is adopted, and was originally a stray, rescued from a kill shelter in New York. When he first arrived here he found hiding spots I could never have imagined. (He was VERY frightened at first).
The tiny triangular wedge of space in behind my microwave oven, for example. It sits kitty cornered on the countertop. (Kitty cornered??? 🤣🤣🤣)

Cats love confined spaces when it's their idea.
