I almost never wear socks. In fact the last time I did wear socks was in bed because my feet were cold! I took them off after about ten minutes and that made me feel good so perhaps there is something in the idea.

For me, sleeping barefoot is a must.

Not to bed, but I wear them to work most days.

After a long day with socks on taking them off is 60% like a sleeping pill.
