A story from over a decade ago

I remember it being a very hot day and I went to visit my then bf and after awhile I was thinking about removing my shoes I was hesitant at first but I ended up asking him if I could take my shoes and socks off because my feet were hot and he said of course take them off and so I did. I spent the rest of the time I was there barefoot. I felt the hot cement for the first time because I never was into walking around without socks at least but it was quite fun so much so I forgot I wasn't wearing anything on my feet. I did start to be barefoot a lot when I was with my bf so much so that we went for a walk together both of us barefoot lol. That was so memorable.

Thats an awesome memory. My boss and i talk a lot she will be 97 in May and doesn't look a day over 60. Her mom died at 104. So i always tell her your family has those good genes lol. She told me that she went to the beach on a double date with her best friend when they were young with 2 guys. She's wearing flip flops. They walk in some mud when some sand became soggy so she starts kicking her feet to kick off some mud and her shoe goes flying into the air and lands on someone's patio at their beach house lol her date had to go ring the doorbell to ask for it back i would have been so mortified 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
