I once walked through broken glass barefoot and didn't even realise. My friend noticed and told me.I just brushed off my bare feet and kept waking.I have super tough hard thick skin on my feet. The broken glass did nothing at all to my feet.
I don't usually step on anything. Once a year or so I might get a small sliver of glass in my foot. The most annoying thing is grit left on the pavement after the winter when my soles are soft from wearing boots all winter.
As a barefooter and someone who has been walking barefoot in parks and public places for the past 17 years almost full time i can say that i have never stepped in anything that you listed.
Perhaps the worst thing I have stepped in is horse manure and cow pats.
Fortunately the parks here well nearby to where i live are well kept and clean and tidy. So i have rarely stepped into something i shouldn't whilst barefoot. I think the worst was dog poo but i wiped my feet in the grass.
@BijouPleasurette I even climb hills up and down barefoot. Once your soles become rough as leather, you won't even notice if you ever stepped on anything.
