Afternoon naps

Sometimes the highlight of my day is a 20-25 minute nap when I get home from work. It’s the little things.

I take naps too. I get sleepy in the middle of the day. what have you been doing?? usually nap about half an hour to an hour.

I agree. I use the excuse of removing my contacts to rest my eyes. Dozing just seems to happen by accident.

I just love it.. nothing like post lunch nap .. for me it's an hour.
