I can nap anywhere. I'm probably worse than the cat lol. I'm always sleepy at about 3pm and just a short couple hours (jk, maybe 20 mins) and I'm so refreshed and ready to go again, ready for the evening and the night ahead
The 20 minute refresher is perfectly healthy. I used to fall asleep on the train home when I commuted. 10 minutes was all I needed to get my second wind.
