What's the most adventurous thing you've ever done?

Have you ever stepped outside of your comfort zone and done something daring or adventurous? Maybe it was skydiving, bungee jumping, or traveling to a remote location. What was the experience like, and what did you learn from it?

Honestly the most adventurous thing I have ever done is crawl out of the hole I was hiding in inside my own mind. Those can become infinitely deep. It took some coaxing from loving people who became my adoptive parents , but they convinced an abused and terrified little girl to crawl out of there and push back against ptsd and fight for her rightful place in the world. I still don't know how I did it. 😉
