Do you take your time reading books?

You know to let the story marinate so that it feels like an actual big long adventure.

I usually read a good book twice. The first time, quickly so I can find out what happens, and the second, to luxuriate in it.

@Mamapolo2016 I get what you mean. I might try reading a book almost to the end and then stop a few chapters short to re-read it before finishing the story. I think the ending will have a bigger effect/impact that way.
