they tried that here in my province, but then the junkies and crack heads started doing it in tim hortons....so they recriminalized it....weed is legal though

@beermeplease that's because the powers that be never fulfill the cause. They never legalized. They decriminalized and did so without the rest of what has been asked for and that being harm reduction and sensible regulation.

@MethDozer i'm just sick and tired of all the bs involving the druggies where i live. i live in the third most populated city in canada but i bet we have the most addicts or at least per capita......they're turning my once beautiful city into a 💩 🕳...they are expanding out into the 'burbs too

@beermeplease That's a police problem. The issue doesn't exist for alcohol.

@MethDozer i see it more of a judicial problem and a medical crisis....the police are arresting problem addicts but they don't serve any jail time....or rarely do

@beermeplease I don't know if they need jail. They just need to be told to move from the public while using. Just like the booze hounds have to

@MethDozer you mean like in a home they are paying rent in that they've earned while working....i don't think you realize the magnitude of the homeless situation here

@beermeplease Or go to an abandoned building. Train tracks. Anywhere but the public park and sidewalk.
