What would you carry in it each day? Or if you have a backpack...

(I have a couple snacks, wallet, aspirin, paper, receipts, chapstick, lipstick, sunscreen, mini flashlight and compass /pocketknife, tissues)

Small bags are getting popular with the fellas, I have one too. It holds:
Water bottle
Headache tablets
Glasses cleaners
Mints
Vicks Nasal spray.
Pen.
Spare coin.
Shopping bag.
