Are you a mosquito magnet?

We live by a lake, and in summer there are millions of mosquitos , especially at dusk. For unknown reasons, my sister is much more tormented by them than I am. Always great to be near my darling sister at dusk, because it's always her whom the mosquitos target – from her nose down to her toes 😏

I get bitten badly, nothing seems to work, any recommendations would be good. Mine turn into large blisters. 😩

It takes them hours to discover me most times. But once they do, the word's out.
The repellent suggestions here really do work.

I've also heard that those with higher bld. sugar contents can attract them quicker.

Yeah I am too. Now of course I don't condone smoking, but I learned in University that cigarette smoke keeps them away.

Any mosquito oil containing DEET is what you should look for.

I read that you will more likely be bit if you wear dark colours and also if you drink alcohol, are pregnant or have blood type O. 🤷🏼

No,Mozzies and other flying bugs don't like me. I've only been bitten once by a mozzie..and that was in the scrotum..I was in the shower at the time. Not pleasant.

People with type O blood are the most attractive to mosquitoes.
