Check any food pantries nearby to help with lowering food bill, absolutely no shame in it whatsoever. I have PTSD myself and havent worked in several years DUE to it. I need to apply but I know you need a certain amount of social security established or working years, but i dont have that DUE TO CRIPPLING ANXIETY at work. So they may deny me too, but I need to try. You could try starting your own YouTube channel for some extra money, if you have a passion or topic etc. For videos. Id like to sing on it, but again my anxiety stops even that. One author that helps me mentally get by in a day is Byron Katie. She was agoraphobic and healed all her fear, with one thought, that NO ONE IS SEPARATE, and no thing is either. That there is no *I*.., no self..that is what gives us fear, our ego self. She is AWESOME, get any of her books, or at YouTube she has many videos. Her quotes calm me.
@Coralmist Thank you. Yes, we utilize the food pantry, but only when absolutely necessary. We also get EBT. I want my old self back. My slimmer self. I would play the clarinet on YouTube, but I don't have money to buy a clarinet. I'm sick of feeling sorry for myself, but my conditions cause self pity. Thank you for your suggestions. I appreciate ideas that will help me overcome this crap. Happy Holidays

@MissyRu53 Truly though check out Byron Katie if you can, shes just amazing. Sometimes I feel Im hanging on to life by a thread, and ANY time I relook at her books or watch her videos on YouTube, I feel better, lighter. That would be awesome if you could obtain a clarinet soon, who knows you could be an internet sensation!! Make a few bucks too. Happy Holidays friend 🍂🦋
