Covid. Lockdowns. Working from home struggles.

How are people dealing with lockdowns and working from home? I had a major migraine on my left temple today. I think it is from too much screen time. Zooming all day is actually draining. Once I reached the end, I had to go for a walk on my lawn and water my plants. It is on the things I look forward to every day.

its draining me.... I've now been working from home alone for more then a year, which means I literally met fewer people in that period then on an average single day in the office.

over the years I made a number of decisions that have devastating effects now: In hindsight I already was lonely, but now I'm more alone and lonelier then I ever was before... and I have no idea how I can ever recover.
@Tracos It must be very hard on you :( I can't imagine working from home for such a long time in front of the screen! It has only been just over a week for me! I am sorry to hear, I hope you can come out of it strong.
I find keeping myself fit and healthy through diet and exercising helps. It boosts my self-esteem and I feel good mentally, emotionally, and physically. I believe they are intertwined.

I hate it so much! It’s so isolating 😞
I fucking hate human kind right now..

The total unquestioning obedience has blown my mind
@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout I see where you're coming from. But I also hate the unquestioning rebellions who aren't questioning the consequences of their actions! People can still be questioning things and be obedient. To be obedient doesn't mean a lack of a critical mind.
You do you. I’ll do me..
number #2 on my rage list are ppl telling what to do with my own body
@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout That is understandable. People usually don't like being told what to do.

I've been having a headache/migraine for the last two days, including a stuffy nose. Did a covid test result were negative but now I'm just like wtf. Its definitely too much screen time. The uk has been too hot, I've hardly been out because I just can't cope with it. I like the warmth but here it's always the extreme.
Also I have a really bad neck and upper shoulder area.
@Mellowgirl completely can relate! my neck area has been sore along with heavy migraine 😪
We are no longer on lockdown where I am, but there are still restrictions.
HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😖

Working from home can be great. I can't personally do it with my job though
@DDonde There are pros and cons, cutting back on time spent travelling, getting ready, money on lunch etc. so yes it can be great.
