How often do you resist the urge to say catty and rude things?

Im not a cat so... never

I really feel this. And I have to ask myself what it is that’s pushing my buttons. Or as is sometimes the case, what is it about that person I don’t like about myself?

I generally am mindful and usually catch myself but occasionally I “slip through the cracks.” Happened recently. Got snippy with someone when there was no need to. Guess I was just in a mood. Not something I’m proud of. This being human stuff really sucks sometimes. 🙄

Not very often, especially not these days. But if I do I now tend to ask myself what good could come of it... One comment usually becomes a snowball and I already don't want to be bothered with most people more than a few moments as it is...

If going out of my way to antagonize them is going to increase the time they're in my presence, it's a no. Plus, what would be the point? It doesn't do anything for me and I imagine less for anyone who might be the potential target unless they're just some weirdo who loves drama. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Depends on who I'm talking to. If it's a close friend, I say what's on my mind.

If it's work related, I suppress it, for the most part, and if I can't do that, I definitely don't put it in writing.

I've had this battle many a times. Some days I say eff it. Others, I bite my tongue

I'm sarcastic and sometimes I can't help myself. 😒
