How often do you resist the urge to say catty and rude things?

I am not going to lie, sometimes I have to catch myself. Idk why it's in me to be that way, well, maybe I do but anyway. It's definitely something I have decision be mindful of. I don't wanna be that person. I am much more in control of my words. Unless I'm angry....God help everyone.

Not very often, especially not these days. But if I do I now tend to ask myself what good could come of it... One comment usually becomes a snowball and I already don't want to be bothered with most people more than a few moments as it is...

If going out of my way to antagonize them is going to increase the time they're in my presence, it's a no. Plus, what would be the point? It doesn't do anything for me and I imagine less for anyone who might be the potential target unless they're just some weirdo who loves drama. 🤷🏾‍♀️
