I'm sorry but I shouldn't have to tolerate being belittled and made to feel small at work everyday by my manager.

Wish I could kick his ass. If i win he leaves me alone and I can transfer departments. If I lose I will resign. The world should work like that.

Do you have an HR? IF you do, then you can file a complaint. Mental abuse from management is NOT all right. It is a toxic management style.
