It sounds as though you need to see a mental health professional; a Psychiatrist. Because your complete inability to control yourself, even thought you WANT to, MIGHT stem from a borderline personality disorder. There are medications they might be able to give you that MIGHT help.

Please don't switch your age to appear as though you're over 18 years old, because this allows people of any age to contact you. Don't reply to anyone who use words like "discipline" or similar. There are some very weird people on this website.
I'm really sorry to hear that your parents and teachers are so hard on you, it sounds like you're just a bit hyper and impulsive, there's nothing wrong with you. Ask your parents if you can see a therapist about it.
