Looks like this guy is quite useless.

He has sent me this email 3 times so far.

ever thing has risen. my property has doubled, so has the value of the property,

our last mortgage got sold to a new company that was just as bad.. kept trying to screw us over.. shoulda reported them .. glad we dont have them anymore i feel like they would have stole our house and probably did other people's houses with their bs

Likely auto generated emails triggered by algorithms in the property management software. You need to speak to him personally (phone) and sort it out. It could delay getting your existing bond back.
