Idk again?

I like the father of the girls I babysit for; he's my boss because he's the one who pays me to take care of his daughters. Well, it's weird because... he's been complimenting me lately. He's gotten really close to me, and oh my god, the way he holds my waist when he walks past me to move aside. This guy knows he's very attractive. Yesterday he dropped me off at my house even though I can practically walk there in 10 minutes, and before getting out of the car he put his hand on my leg and said everything was going to be alright, since he'd seen me crying earlier about something personal. Idk, he's got me smitten.
