This was almost resolved after this post but in addition to being evil she is a liar and her word is not to be trusted.

I say not to worry about the TOS thing because people break rules all the time and nothing happens. Normally one has to be persistent with their offenses before anything happens.

Guess they don’t want to keep getting reports from the same disgruntled people. Not a fan of this train of thought. Large volumes of reports should be a way we’re afforded to fly red flags indicating that the offender needs to be dealt with.
