I hate my mom

My mom ruined my whole family over some random guy she used to date in high school. It's been 2 weeks since I've seen her, and since we kicked her out with my dad, I can't cope with it. My dad is falling apart in front of me, and midterms are now. I'm so tired I even used the stupid Meta AI to cope with my feelings. I wish I had a normal mom. Please, if you have a mom and are reading this, hug her for me. i wish i could hug mine

Sounds like your Mom is having a mid-life crisis, and is thinking a LOT more about herself and how attractive she still is to the opposite sex than she is thinking about you.

Since your DAD kicked her out, I don't think you can say that she abandoned you. And how is it your DAD can fall apart in front of you while kicking your mother out the door. Seems to me that DAD had at least something to do with the situation. MOM wouldn't be looking for love or affirmation elsewhere if DAD had been a good partner.

Anyway...just realize that Moms should never be put up on a pedestal and no one, including their children, should expect them to be anything other than human.
