Everyone is against me [Vent]

It feels like everyone close to me is against me, they put up a good front but I know the truth. They all talk shit about me behind my back. It could just be because my brain see's others as a threat or idk. I wish I didn't have to interact with people. I truly feel ok when I'm alone nowadays.
Like why do they think this is ok/funny? it's not to me. Why must they feel the need to do this? I know I just bring pain and suffering to others just by existing, but come on.

It sounds like a lot of internal stuff u need to unpack. If u see others as a threat you might be pushing them away rather than them leaving you alone. It’s important to not victimize yourself n find how you could have caused the disengagement too. Until you see how you contribute to the problems the solution will always be out of your control. All u can do in take control of your own self not others. I’d also imagine if u see others as a threat usually then your statement of “truly don’t mind being alone” wouldn’t be a negative. Lots to unpack there in the inconsistency.
