Why do customers want to pay us the same as what they can "get it online" for?

Go ahead and buy it.

Then when you want it to work - how will you make that happen?

Technical products take trained people, who are in high demand right now and make a lot of money...but everybody thinks it costs nothing to keep a business open...

Why?

Because they can often, not always, but often pay less for the exact same product and if they need help, it is available online.

And, because they don't have to travel all over town... they can buy the item while sitting on their couch.

I get it, I do, and I know online shopping is killing many businesses, but consumers, myself included, want to make our budget stretch further.
