Anger management

Anyone here have any anger issues? Of come off it, we wouldn't be here if we didn't have "issues".

My problem is that I have a short fuse, if you are the same how do you cope with your anger?

Can you control it or does it control you.

I don't know if I can say that I have anger issues, necessarily, but I can get.. pretty angry.. at certain times and with certain things.

I normally deal with my anger by ripping things like paper or cardboard, or just by having some time alone to think.
