Honestly it sounds like you are a girl looking for Mr Right and unfortunately he is looking for right now. You are on two different pages this should show you how he actually perceives the relationship and what he hopes to achieve. If you are looking for quick sex and an occasional Netflix buddy then by all means proceed but it is obvious that he is not interested in you in anything further than the bedroom.
