Hey Ysa,
I’m really sorry you’re going through such a tough time. It sounds like you’re carrying a lot of weight on your young shoulders, and it’s completely okay to feel overwhelmed. Life can be incredibly challenging, especially when you’re trying to juggle so many things at once and facing pressure from all sides.
Remember, it's not your fault that things feel difficult. Sometimes, life throws a lot at us, and it’s okay to admit that it’s too much. Your feelings are valid, and you deserve to take care of yourself, just like anyone else.
You don’t have to go through this alone. It might help to talk to a trusted adult or counselor who can help you manage all the stress and find a way to balance your schedule. It’s important to give yourself time to rest and to reach out for support when you need it.
Your well-being matters more than any class or activity. It's okay to take a step back and prioritize your health. You’re doing your best, and that’s enough. Be kind to yourself and know that it’s okay to ask for help and make space for yourself.
Hang in there, Ysa. Things can get better, and you deserve to find moments of peace and happiness. <3

i feel really bad for you...The education system and our parents often put pressure and a huge burden on our shoulders. Maybe you already tried doing this but you can talk to your parents and they might help out... i used to have a full schedule too and i think it's very hard to endure this situation at 11 years old. Adults dont usually understand this but maybe you will have more luck than others. Also..irl friends usually dont understand these type of things. Nowadays depression is something people laugh about...or atleast that is what my classmates do. I hope you find ur way to be happy! Sry im not rlly good with words :)
