i struggle.

heyy my name's ysa nd um im 11 nd honestly life is so hard starting from 8. ive been suffering for so long with anxiety, anorexia, and depression
i mainly think it's always my fault bcs in everything i do i honestly can't get a break from all the yells and shouts that constantly remind me that it's my fault behind everything.
i'm bombarded with workload from school and enrichment classes. my schedule is really full and i don't really go out to see my friends anymore at this point
my schedule is full with enrichment classes and extra school activities and i don't think i can keep up anymore. i can't really keep up with all the stress which is especially making me sick physically and restrains me from going to school
i can't say i love or hate school exactly. but i also do have to go there just for my parents to be happy and my main escape from home

Hey Ysa,

I’m really sorry you’re going through such a tough time. It sounds like you’re carrying a lot of weight on your young shoulders, and it’s completely okay to feel overwhelmed. Life can be incredibly challenging, especially when you’re trying to juggle so many things at once and facing pressure from all sides.

Remember, it's not your fault that things feel difficult. Sometimes, life throws a lot at us, and it’s okay to admit that it’s too much. Your feelings are valid, and you deserve to take care of yourself, just like anyone else.

You don’t have to go through this alone. It might help to talk to a trusted adult or counselor who can help you manage all the stress and find a way to balance your schedule. It’s important to give yourself time to rest and to reach out for support when you need it.

Your well-being matters more than any class or activity. It's okay to take a step back and prioritize your health. You’re doing your best, and that’s enough. Be kind to yourself and know that it’s okay to ask for help and make space for yourself.

Hang in there, Ysa. Things can get better, and you deserve to find moments of peace and happiness. <3
