I'm losing it

Yesterday I learnt that my gf would sleep in her exe's house after they went clubbing together. First of all, I'm not a jealous person overall I mean I gave her the freedom to do whatever she wanted with whoever she wanted but when I heard that she would sleep in his house I felt truly sad and blocked her immediately cause I couldn't hear any more I need help what should I do now?

That's a painful one my friend .
I be climbing the walls if that happened .
I stayed in a relationship and went half way across the world to sort out a relationship that I knew she cheated on me but I blocked it out cause at the time it was very painful.
I got a breakdown from it after she left .
I have no advise to give to stay in relationships but I do have plenty of advise about the pains of break ups .
