I'm losing it

Yesterday I learnt that my gf would sleep in her exe's house after they went clubbing together. First of all, I'm not a jealous person overall I mean I gave her the freedom to do whatever she wanted with whoever she wanted but when I heard that she would sleep in his house I felt truly sad and blocked her immediately cause I couldn't hear any more I need help what should I do now?

Open communication, tell her how you feel when she does this, and then try to set some boundaries. “It isn't unreasonable to set boundaries." If you can't come to an agreement on these boundaries, you may have to end your relationship.
