AHHHHHH (tw: self harm)

Yall i was clean for over 2 months and the self harmed again. IM SO UPSET ABOUT IT UGAJSBSVDKB. Anyways i was healing for a month there but now im sad again and its so fucking stupid. I hate being like this. Im losing my mind for real this time. I hate everyone and im having a religious crisis. :'[
