Always a duo in a trio

Im in a trio but im not in the duo, yk? Its just that whenever were together they only talk to each other and i get it because they have more common interests right now but im still mad about it. I know its childish to be annoyed at them for liking the same things but i just want ro be included and i dont feel like i always am. Idk. Im just feeling left out and im kinda depressed so its not helping me at all.
