I just don’t understand

Why am I so rude to everyone now, including family members? Like I absolutely hate myself for it. Is it because they treat me poorly sometimes? Why?

Sounds like your a young teenager, it will pass and try harder with every one with how you speak to them and sometimes just dont say anything for now
