I just don’t understand

Why am I so rude to everyone now, including family members? Like I absolutely hate myself for it. Is it because they treat me poorly sometimes? Why?

Could be some subconscious thing. Perhaps you’re repressing your emotions or some sort of problem. Is something worrying you? Something made you mad? Sit for a moment and think about your life in the now.
