Venting to sleep

First attempt at sleep was very hopeful. Until a loud slam made my pulse rise. Second attempt I was tired and looking forward to get some sleep. But instead I hear my loud heartbeats through the pillow. Drumming. And then I hear child voices, and music. I know it's stressy caused hallucinations. But yet it continues. I'm so tired but I get no chance to sleep. My best bet is taking anxiety pills and try sleep again in 30 minutes.

Have you ever tried ASMR, or listening to stuff while you fall asleep ?

It helps keep th brain busy and less likely to focus on stuff we dont want it to .

Personally, podcasts work best for me 🤗

@OogieBoogie Guided meditation works best for me. I just need to have my earphones next to the bed. Right now I don't know where they are.
try cannabis...
@Queendragonfly ironically they would probably lessen your hallucinations 🤣
