social anxiety

in class we had to do something on one google slide and we looked at it together but then my teacher said that we had to explain it but i have severe social anxiety and i couldnt say anything and i was trying to hold in my tears and now i just want to disappear i swear i will never forget this ☹️

I know how that feels. Beta blockers helped.

It also helps if you can communicate your way out of the situation like by telling the teacher why you can't speak properly.
