Im so sad i don’t know what ti do

I feel horrible I don’t know what to do
I barely fall in love. Last time I was in love was when I was around 12 years old, and I think I’ve fallen for someone again but they have a gf already. Im handling it pretty well and I genuinely think he’s best off with her anyways, but I can’t help but question my own self worth. The ONE time I fall in love, it’s with a guy I can’t even get. And not to mention that I have extreme social anxiety, so I can’t even talk to him.

Think of it this way, in every village, town, city across your country there are likely many ideal partners, people that you could fall in love with. Don't rush, you have a few decades to find out.
