I've heard it's really bad actually in Korea for that. Honestly you have to accept and respect the shadow self, it's the part that wants to hurt people but its there for you to wield.

If you enforce your boundaries it'll stop before it happens. For instance I've had someone say something a bit over the line before and I just gave them a look and said "careful". They stopped, i wasn't up myself, I just respect myself enough to not let it happen.

Join a martial arts gym, kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing and you'll carry yourself different, it'll just happen. It's mostly people like yourself and like I was who've never fought in their life.

Do it tomorrow, look some up now, go for an induction and go from there, trust me it'll change your life.

My dad always told me to just spin around and punch the biggest one in the face, then run like hell.

The biggest one was totally surprised and the rest of them didn't have the nuts to chase me.

I am sorry to hear this is happening to you. By eighteen a lot of kids have started to grow out of this. Is this your last year in this school or do you have more ahead? I hope you can be strong and be better than them.
