What am I supposed to do

The fact that I'm overweight probably stems from the fact my grandmother wouldn't respect my mother wishes. The only thing my father does is manipulate other people. My mom is always so passive aggressive that even if she apologizes it sounds like an insult. What's family even for if all they do is make you hate yourself.
