Note to self

I am pregnant with my first child.

I easily get depressed and am currently living with my in-laws.

I try to help but sometimes it feels like its not enough.

I pray to God almost everyday and have come to the point that my mind is telling me "do things for yourself because you can never please everybody. You are too much of a people pleaser. So long as your not doing anything wrong, continue living and face the world for your up coming child. Focus on what you always wanted to focus on: Being able to provide for your future family even if it means your not getting help from your other half. Your child will be the only other person you can trust and your brother who is your only other blood relative as of current. But I got to say, lucky you that you have a hard working and kind hearted husband. This may or may not be permanent but dont rely on other people. Continue to do things like your by yourself. So stay positive, you can do this. Again... Do things that make YOU happy, doesnt matter what other people think even if its your in-laws... So long as your following bible teachings and not doing anything wrong"

Have faith.
Face this world for your upcoming child is perfectly the right attitude. Doing that, not only gives you a means to giving your child a healthy home, while, also, giving them the foundation for that to begin for them.

Happiness is doing things for other people not doing things for yourself. Most depressions depart when the depressed person starts to look after someone else's needs.

@hippyjoe1955 but you can't look after others if you aren't firstly caring for yourself

@zonavar68 Try looking after others and you will take care of yourself in the process.

I encourage you to remain strong, if not for yourself than for your child! Chin up and get ready to roll with the punches!

Where is the father in all this? Not god - that's not the or anyone's father. The actual biological father
