You wish to be skinny.
Skinny is unattractive and not healthy.
If you want to be fit...excersize. Eat wisely. It's a simple thing, calories in, calories out.
If you have hunger issues, drink more water. Drink more water anyway.
Eat small bites several times a day. Protein. Veggies. Or just lesson your meal portions.
But...make certain you don't let yourself feel deprived. Look forward to a bi weekly treat.
Make it a lifestyle.
