If you want to be fit...excersize. Eat wisely. It's a simple thing, calories in, calories out.
If you have hunger issues, drink more water. Drink more water anyway.
Eat small bites several times a day. Protein. Veggies. Or just lesson your meal portions.
But...make certain you don't let yourself feel deprived. Look forward to a bi weekly treat.
Make it a lifestyle.

Starving yourself is no good for you. And actually counterproductive to your desired outcome. When you deprive yourself of food, your body senses you are starving it and shuts down metabolism. And that prevents energy from being burned. So skinny won't be your near term outcome.
If your goal is to develop anorexia, as someone who has been there, stop now while you have the chance. I’m going to assume you’re using a fake age, based on the language you use, your age is probably closer to the one stated in your username.
I decided to “give” myself anorexia when I was 11. It doesn’t get better. I’m 26 now and still have issues. It’s with you your whole life and has the highest mortality rate of all mental illnesses. My teeth are very weak, my joints hurt every day, I’m always tired, I throw up every morning because I have so much excess bile, I’m always nauseas. Now when I eat, my stomach rejects food and I tend to get really sick or vomit. We tend to start dying in our late 20’s and eating 30’s. It’s not a glamorous life.

It's actually not good for you to stop eating
Changing what you're eating helps more, even for losing weight
High protein, relatively low fat, low sugar, no fake sugar or processed foods, and get some exercise is the healthiest best way to lose weight

@Annagoofy13 Starving your self all day won't accomplish that if you simply binge eat all night.
@Annagoofy13 perhaps you could change your focus to being healthy, skinny is usually not healthy and not eating is unhealthy and dangerous, please dont risk your health🙏
