Hey gorgeous, in the same boat. What mostly helps me is to look at the smaller things in life and focus on them. Like the wind or the lights in my home or my friends. It helps to talk to some of your friends or someone you trust as much as it is daunting to do. Your safe, just rember that, and try hard to focus on what makes you happy. Your doing this all for you self not for anyone else.

If you're not diagnosed I would take it easy with labeling yourself and instead look at ways to cope with your feelings in general.
Find an outlet to express yourself. For me it's singing, music writing, poetry and art I choose from.
