I do not know what to do

So i have 2 partners but one of them, when i try to talk about something interesting that happened in my life they just dont care and dont listen to me but wont tell me anything they make me feel like i dont matter but i cant break up with them because theyve been doing $h and im scared they might do more bad things to themselves but i love my other one deeply theyre the best thing ever
