My friends are ignoring me

My friends are always ignoring me when I ask them for help they simply would just ignore me while I always help them with everything I mean EVERYTHING like food, school works, heartbreaks, lost items, and many more they wouldn't even talk to me is it because of me being too energetic or is it just them? if it's them then should I drop them?
