It's me hi I'm the problem it's me

Am I the problem for my own sadness if I keep thinking and remembering the bad memories? Am I being dramatic? Should I forgive and forget? It's been years since the incident happened but it still keeps bringing me down. Am I the one at fault for making myself miserable? How can I move on from this?

You cannot change the past.

The only thing which you *can* do is choose how you react to it.

If you let this affect/control you, then whoever hurt you continues to hurt you.

Take back control, choose to move out from under the dark cloud of their evil.

Choose...to live.
