It's me hi I'm the problem it's me

Am I the problem for my own sadness if I keep thinking and remembering the bad memories? Am I being dramatic? Should I forgive and forget? It's been years since the incident happened but it still keeps bringing me down. Am I the one at fault for making myself miserable? How can I move on from this?

we tend to dwell on the things that hurt us, I do it often.
BUT we are able to move forward by making amends, be kind to yourself.
make changes where you can, it'll do you the world of good.
go for walks in nature, surround yourself in good people
