It's me hi I'm the problem it's me

Am I the problem for my own sadness if I keep thinking and remembering the bad memories? Am I being dramatic? Should I forgive and forget? It's been years since the incident happened but it still keeps bringing me down. Am I the one at fault for making myself miserable? How can I move on from this?

Have you tried going to some form of therapy?
@Mooed78 don't have the money to afford it nor have I opened up to my parents or anybody and when I do I regret it later

@ksksks it’s good to talk it through with someone who can help you with your thoughts. One of the talk therapies such as CBT is good. Can you approach your doctor for advice?They would know about free services available..
