I have the same thing some times, but idk if this is what your saying but they probably don't know how to say how much they love you as a friend, they just don't know how to express it, otherwise there probably just a bad "friend"

Probably normal since so many people are so focused on their own needs that they don't listen to anyone else. A good friend would listen to you, but they may not be able to help in any other way.
